The CAT EXODUS LICENSE is reserved for those who have been given the rights to use the license by xdec(xdeccatexodus). This use of this license means the project may or may not be open source from the start. However if the user wants to see the source code, you are obligated to contact xdec(xdeccatxodus) to ask if they have to give the source code.
